Anne Melton

Annie is a Commercial Litigation Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Annie has served as lead and co-counsel for public and private companies, shareholders, and investors in commercial disputes involving fiduciary violations, whistleblowing, fraud, and breach of contract. She practices at both the trial and appellate levels and has extensive experience litigating in New York and in federal courts around the country.

Annie received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an executive editor of the Journal of Law and Policy and a merit scholar. She received a Bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in business from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
