Lucosky Brookman Promotes Scott Linsky to the role of Counsel
Lucosky Brookman is excited to announce the promotion of Scott Linsky to the role of Counsel. For over five years while he has been with the Firm, Mr. Linsky has distinguished himself with his work ethic, as well as his securities and corporate knowledge. Mr. Linsky embodies a deep understanding of securities and corporate law and provides insightful, mature, practical and effective advice. This promotion is a testament to Mr. Linsky's ongoing role as a senior advisor and counselor to the Firm.
Mr. Linsky focuses his practice in the areas of corporate finance and securities law. He represents both issuers and investors in a broad range of corporate transactions that includes mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, private equity and debt placements, initial public offerings, and alternative public offerings.
Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Mr. Linsky was a corporate associate with Day Pitney LLP and Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi and a transactional attorney for Mylan Specialty L.P. Mr. Linsky received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the International Law Journal. Mr. Linsky received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University where he graduated with Distinction in All Subjects. Mr. Linsky is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey.
