Lucosky Brookman Celebrates the Commencement of its 8th Year by Promoting Lawrence Metelitsa to Partnership

February 2018 marks the beginning of the Firm’s eighth year.  In less than eight years, Lucosky Brookman has grown from two founding partners – Joseph Lucosky and Seth Brookman – to a law firm consisting of 15 attorneys and support staff.  The Firm has expanded from representing a handful of clients to over 100 public and private companies whose securities are traded on the NASDAQ, NYSE and the OTC Markets, as well as multiple private equity funds, hedge funds and alternate asset funds. 

 

As the Firm embarks on its eighth year, Lucosky Brookman is excited to announce the promotion of Lawrence Metelitsa to the role of partner.  Mr. Metelitsa has been with the firm since 2011.  His practice focuses on corporate and securities law and, specifically, the representation of issuers and underwriters in connection with U.S. and global offerings of securities and stock exchange listings.

Mr. Metelitsa’s practice focuses on the representation of public companies with respect to the U.S. securities laws and corporate governance and regulatory matters. Mr. Metelitsa regularly counsels public companies on initial public offerings, securities, mergers and acquisitions, Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) transactions, and various other corporate finance transactions.
