Morgan Hertz

Morgan Hertz is a Law Clerk in Lucosky Brookman LLP’s Corporate & Securities department. Morgan focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Morgan was a Summer Associate at Lucosky Brookman, where she worked primarily on M&A transactions.

Morgan graduated cum laude from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Management and received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. During law school, Morgan served as the Administrative Secretary of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Brooklyn Business Law Association.
