Peter Campitiello represents public and private companies in corporate, securities, and commercial matters, including financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory issues.

Throughout his career, Peter is proud to have developed long-term relationships with his clients, providing proactive and business-focused solutions during all phases of their life cycles.

Peter routinely serves as outside general counsel to companies advising on the many complex legal issues affecting their businesses. Peter has represented numerous companies in going public transactions from organization through initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financings, sales and spinoffs, securities listings, and the disclosure required for these transactions. In addition, Peter represents investment banks in offerings including initial public offerings of both traditional operating companies and Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs). Peter also represents SPACs from formation through IPO as well as operating companies in business combinations with SPACs. Peter represents clients in matters before the SEC, securities exchanges and other regulatory authorities as well as disputes involving shareholders and other stakeholders.
