Ray Ma

Ray Ma is an associate at Lucosky Brookman. Mr. Ma’s practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and public company compliances.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ma spent over five years working as a Corporate and Securities associate at major New York law firms, including Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where he represented company issuers and large investment banks in both equity and debt securities offerings. These offerings, in both registered and exempted forms, range from traditional and SPAC IPOs, follow-on offerings and asset-backed securities offerings. He also guided both S&P 500 companies and emerging growth companies in meeting with the ever-changing SEC regulations and rules, advising them on day-to-day corporate governance matters, including holding annual or special meetings of stockholders.
