Jennifer Zammit

Jennifer is a Corporate and Securities Paralegal and has worked in the legal industry for over 20 years.  Jennifer specializes in corporate and securities law where she takes the lead on Rule 144 opinion requests, corporate actions and blue-sky filings. She serves as a point of contact for all shareholders requesting legal opinions under Rule 144.  She is also the liaison between the company and FINRA for all corporate actions. Jennifer diligently handles filings for public offerings under Regulation D and coordinates with the blue-sky filings with the appropriate states. She assists the attorneys in the preparation of all periodic filings on Forms 10-K and 10-Q as well as other regulatory and national exchange filing requirements with the SEC, FINRA, NASDAQ, and AMEX.

Jennifer resides in Manalapan, NJ with her husband and loves to travel, lead a healthy, active lifestyle, go to the beach, and spend time with her family including her nieces and nephews.
