Jon Monna

Jon Monna is an Associate at Lucosky Brookman LLP and a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Mr. Monna’s practice is focused in the areas of M&A transactions, corporate finance, securities law and corporate governance matters. He advises and represents companies in a broad range of corporate transactions, including public securities offerings, private placements, M&A transactions and other legal matters.

Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Mr. Monna was a transactional and securities attorney at a national law firm, where he represented companies across a wide range of areas, including private equity and venture capital financings, M&A transactions and securities law compliance.

Mr. Monna graduated from the University of Rochester, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
