As the Director of Operations at Lucosky Brookman LLP, Vicky leads and oversees the robust operations of the Firm comprising 40 attorneys and administration. With a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and strategic decision-making, Vicky is dedicated to ensuring smooth progress and optimal performance across all aspects of the Firm.

Vicky manages relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors, including IT, bookkeeping, accounting, recruiters, insurance providers and more. By fostering strong partnerships and overseeing these interactions, Vicky ensures the seamless integration of their services within the firm's operations.

Additionally, Vicky collaborates closely with the marketing team, contributing to the creation of compelling marketing materials and delivering them to external partners and prospective clients.
