Victoria serves as Counsel at Lucosky Brookman LLP. Her expertise includes representation of emerging growth, development stage, and established companies in all aspects of general corporate and business law matters, including corporate formation, corporate governance, business operation, business and commercial transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and loan transactions.

Victoria is skilled in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements, including operating, consulting, management, stockholder, voting, and indemnification agreements, as well as merger and stock/asset purchase and sale agreements. She also represents businesses with financing and investment (debt and equity) agreements, and loan documentation, including promissory notes, guaranty agreements, pledge agreements and other security agreements. Victoria has served as securities counsel to public and private companies, acting as the primary point of contact for her clients with the SEC, NASDAQ, and FINRA.

Victoria received her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, and her bachelor of arts from Smith College. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and Washington, DC. Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman LLP, Victoria was a partner at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP and Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld LLP, and served as in-house counsel at Raxco Software, Inc., a technology company.

For nearly 15 years, Victoria has volunteered with a non-profit organization, Kids in Need Distributors (KIND), that provides food to elementary school students who have little or no access to food when not in school; the organization raises money to feed these students and provides schools with backpacks filled with food and toiletries that are given to students in need on Fridays throughout the school year.
